Introduction
The Crone-tem Pole was designed for a Pin competition held by CD Projekt Red. The pin design fell under the category of: The Witcher Games (The Witcher 3).
The Crones are a group of hideous witches which you run into as Geralt in The Witcher 3 during your search for Ciri. They are often worshipped by the local villagers hence why the idea of a Pole.
Objectives
1) Create a unique design inspired by the chosen category.
2)The pin's size is restricted to 500 x 500px and resolution to 72dpi.
2) The pin's colour palette is limited to 4 colours.
Challenges
The hardest challenge about this competition was the limited colour palette. It required smart choices to be made when designing and colouring this piece.
Results
This pin design was chosen as on of the winning designs. The design won the category of: The Witcher Games (The Witcher 3).
The pin will now be turned into an actual pin and sold on the Official CD Projekt Red Store.
